   Form a committee to investigate the loud rumbling motor-like sound that has been occurring 24-7 in the area around Scenic and Pioneer Rds. It is loud. It is constant. You can feel the vibration through the floor. I have had daily headaches for the past 2 moths Please help. If this is not the correct forum, please direct me to the proper place.

   Stop the 3 to 5 a.m. dumpster emptying at the corner gas station on Hwy 175 and Hubertus Rd and the residential pick up as well in the area.
