To answer the questions what do our parks lack! We lack a basketball hoop or skateboard park! Any child no intersted in soccer or baseball pretty much is left in the dust when it comes to sports in our park system. Unless there is a court I don't know about we have no where for kids to shoot hoops or ride their boards or bikes that is safe. Let's face it our road ways in RF are not the safest to do either of the last two safely! It may not fall under beautification but it certainly is something that we are in great need of in our community for our youth!

There is no doubt that the most important document the Village produces is our annual Village Budget. This year Village Staff is focused on continuing to improve the quality of product we make public. One of the things we heard last year were the charts, graphs, and glossary we included were very helpful to residents.
Is there anything else we can do to help make the Village Budget more understandable?
Is there anything we can do in advance of the Community Budget Workshops to help better prepare residents for the conversation?

Great topic Jim and maybe I am late coming in on this conversation but, what drew me to Richfield was it's Rustic and Rural atmosphere. Love it! Lets keep it that way. I know beautification and development may not go hand in hand, but I would hate to see Richfield turn into a small City. We have a lot of History; Holy Hill, Messer Mayer Mill, St. Mary's Church, and the apparent oldest standing house in Richfield which is being renovated. I think preserving this makes Richfield a beautiful and proud place to live.

Storage of campers and boats in driveways gives a bad impression of the neighborhood and should not be allowed. This is especially true in winter and when the equipment is old and weathered.
