families that live on one of the village's five lakes (Friess Lake, Little Friess Lake, Bark Lake, Amy Belle Lake, and Lake Five). Many new conservation subdivisions allow residents to enjoy hundreds of acres of private open space within the residential developments. 

Richfield is located in the shadows of Holy Hill and is also home to the Daniel Boone Conservation League, YMCA Camp Minikani and Richfield Historical Park. Cabela's, one of the nation's largest hunting and fishing retailers, opened a destination retail/tourist store in the community on Hwy 41/45. The community has 200 outstanding small and large businesses that provide goods and services for the community.
